AiGenie-Tutor is designed as an educational tool. If you are 18 years or older, you may register and use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you have obtained such consent, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor using the Service and have agreed to these Terms on their behalf.

All users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the security of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Usage Requirements

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• Any feedback you provide may be used by the Company without obligation or compensation.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying structure of the Service, nor extract data using unauthorized methods.
• You shall not use the Service to develop or offer any service that competes with AiGenie-Tutor.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit; however, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. 4. Fees and Payments

All fees for the Service are set forth on our pricing page. By using the Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees on time. xlabs7 LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors and adjust fees with at least 14 days’ notice. Fees are non-refundable except as otherwise required by law.

5. Confidentiality & Security

You may have access to confidential information belonging to the Company or third parties. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only as permitted under these Terms. Additionally, if you process personal data through our Service, you must do so in compliance with all applicable data protection laws. If you are a minor, your data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws such as COPPA. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

6. Term and Termination

These Terms become effective when you first use the Service and remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing use of the Service. xlabs7 LLC may terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms or for other reasons as permitted by law. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service.

7. Indemnification, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xlabs7 LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or any violation of applicable law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. xlabs7 LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL xlabs7 LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey, USA, under the rules of the designated arbitration provider. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us in writing within 30 days of accepting these Terms. Class actions and representative claims are not permitted.

9. General Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and xlabs7 LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other.

xlabs7 LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If any material changes affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you via email or in-product notification at least 30 days prior to their effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

All notices under these Terms shall be in writing and delivered via email or postal service to the address provided during registration.
